- We Have Always Lived in the Castle
by Shirley Jackson
- Surviving Saturn's Return: Overcoming the Most Tumultuous Time of Your Life
by Sherene Schostak and Stefanie Iris Weiss
- Reading the Women of the Bible: A New Interpretation of Their Stories
by Tikva Frymer-Kensky
Maybe there's a connection among the three? The first just caught my eye. The second I picked up because I'm about to turn 30 and I'm a big fan of turning to books to solve all of life's little problems. The third goes back to an interest I have in women in the Bible that I haven't taken the time to really read about, other than the novel The Red Tent.
I shouldn't even be buying more books until I read some of the ones I already have. Not to mention that it's just more to pack for the move next month. Oh well.
